Temperament is Most Important!
The EF:JMARE SSA ends tomorrow!, March 5, 2007. Several excellent stallions still have no bids, and even those who do have very low prices! I wish I had more money to spend! <G>
I'm excited about the stallion services, but I'm also going to be keeping a close eye on the pedigrees for auction too. I have several of them already from Jann, and they turn out lovely when they are matted and framed. They are very impressive, and I love showing off the lines all the way back to Justin Morgan/Figure! <G>
I also sent out our Sales List today--first time in a long time. I know I am reluctant to sell any of them because, not only are they beautiful, they have wonderful, friendly temperaments. They *love* people, and that's the way they've been bred and raised. I get so attached--as any animal lover knows--but I know that I can't keep 'em all. :(
On one of my lists, we discussed the three most important physical features of a Morgan.
I'm interested in hearing your opinions. Please e-mail me at tori@draconiakeep.com .
More important to me, though, is temperament--of any animal. it can be
*the* most beautiful animal in the world, but if it doesn't have a fantastic
temperament, it's not worth my hay/grain to feed it. With three Wee People who
mean more to me than life itself AND a fantastic husband whom I love more than
he knows, I can't afford to have anything without a great temperament. <G>
Fortunately, with Morgans, Dales and POAs, temperament is paramount within those
breeds.
