Prize is an elegant, big-bodied mare with impeccable bloodlines and the temperament to go with them.
She's green-broke to ride and has done exceedingly well long-lining. She took the summer off because of her late foal, but Prize was so easy to break, getting her back riding again will be. She has incredible potential as a driving mare or a trail buddy.
She's a proven broodmare, producing a carbon copy of herself in 2006, Draconia Melody of Cumbri. She gave us an exquisite filly in 2008: Draconia Bequest of Skye.

We only went to look, but we came home with the Prize of the 2003 Buckeye Morgan Auction in Ashland, OH. Imagine our surPrize when they announced our youngest daughter's name as the winner of the raffle filly!
Her barn name is now Prize, as it somehow seems appropriate, and we are very proud of her. She was bred and donated by John Henry Stutzman of Crab Orchard, Kentucky. She was foaled on April 18, 2002.
Her bloodlines include Flyhawk, Orcland Bo-Don, Funquest Thunderbird, Scandias Cassanova, Medomak Vigilaire.
Harmon's Lick Winingticket, as are all our mares, is gentle, great with other animals and our Wee People, and will shine on the trail and/or in the show ring. She is truly a dream come true!
Prize's bloodlines, her beauty and her pocket pet personality--not to mention her deep, rich color--are right in line with our goals and dreams here at Draconia Keep.
Prize has had thirty days of professional training riding and long-lining. She has the wonderful temperament to be a child's horse, easy going, intelligent and incredibly sweet.
