Huge, poppy eyes; loving attitude; well laid-back shoulder; flat croup; long, straight legs; short canon bones and all with a rich golden color.

He far exceeds our expectations with this cross which were high! If we didn’t already have Freddie and Pepper (Draconia Gaelic Blessing, Masterharper’s paternal half sister) we would seriously consider keeping him.

Robie needs to be kept a stallion (we would like to retain breedings) or he would be a breathtaking gelding.

His name comes from "The Dragonriders of Pern" Series by Anne McCaffrey, my favorite author. My favorite character is The Masterharper, Robinton (Nickname is "Robie") who is a teacher, advisor and who is beloved by everyone. A harper is a teacher, a singer, and a musician. With the connotation of music with "Nightingale" and brass instruments with "The Brass Ring", thus, we have a musician...and who best than *the* best?

Best of all, as Teri Personeni of Terob Morgans pointed out, Justin Morgan was a music teacher.
