Freddie's only non-grey foal for 2008, she is, regardless, just as exquisite as her siblings and her sire. She has the same bay coloring (the only one without the grey to go with it <G>), laid back shoulder, tiny and tippy ears, large eyes and inquisitive temperament.

And like all her siblings, she can MOVE! She floats like a dream, going nearly level barefoot in the pasture. (We are planning on getting some video of her soon.)

Skye's name comes from The Isle of Skye where several of the legends and myths of the British Isles come from. the word "Bequest" comes from Prize's name. Just as Prize was a gift to us, Prize's foal this year--the last while we own her--skye's a gift. Another word for gift is "Bequest".
