UPDATE: Comstock and Arapaho Holly gave us a chestnut filly we've named Draconia Highland Lass.
A new direction for Draconia Keep, we were proud to stand a GAITED Morgan Stallion, Comstock ("Zip"), for the 2008 breeding season. With wonderful old, desirable bloodlines, Comstock is beautiful inside and out. He is the spitting image of his Great Grandsire, Devan Robbie.
He's WONDERFUL!!! My trainer just loves him! She said, "If he weren't a
stallion, I'd put my kids on him." (Her kids are 11 and 9.) He's not afraid of
anything...he's easy to handle--even around mares--and he's great in the arena
or outside. I'm very, very pleased with him! <G>
He took to line driving like a champ--my trainer teaches all the horses to do
that before she gets on their backs--and we've thought about training him for
that in the fall depending on how long we keep him.
His rider in these pictures is one of my trainer's assistants. It works out
well because the horses don't get used to just one person, but because they all
ride similarly, they don't get confused for lack of consistency.

work on keeping his head down, but otherwise he is doing great! he's a
blast to ride!

Zip strongly gaits, and he has thrown that gait on every one of his foals.
