MORGAN FOAL AND MARES OFFERED FOR SALE:
Draconia Stone Legacy
(Ishi's Legacy x
Winning Ways Princess lea) (2007 Chestnut colt)***
Draconia Keep's only Morgan foal for 2007, Draconia Stone Legacy is everything we'd hoped and bred for.
Out of the exquisite and exotic Winning Ways Princess Lea and by the stunningly handsome and well bred Ishi's Legacy, "Prince" lives up to his name.
Ishi's Legacy ("Legs") (Uphyre Replica X Wind Blu Dontana) Mahogany Bay 15.2 hh is a stunning stallion, a wonderful, kind temperament and balanced conformation, and Winning Ways Princess Lea ("Lea") always throws her inherited exotic head. Lea's sire, Paramount Nominee, is well known for his exquisite head.
Continuing Draconia Keep's theme of Arthurian legend, dragons and the medieval times, this incredible colt's name commemorates the Stone from which Arthur of Camelot pulled the mighty Excalibur in order to become king.
Call or e-mail us for more pictures and terms.

Arapaho Holly ((Mary Mels Snooper x Circle H Lolita) chestnut, Connected strip, snip, brown eyes, left fore sock, both hind socks. (possible splash)
An absolutely beautiful mare, here she is pictured with her 2007 chestnut, gaited colt. Holly is well broke to ride. She would do best in a one or two person situation, which is the only reason why we are not keeping her. Draconia Keep has too many people coming and going to make Holly comfortable, and I want her to be happy.
Holly is in foal to Comstock for a 2008 foal, and she can be sold with or without the foal. She can be bred back to Comstock or our grey stallion, Hearth's Mercury Rising for a 2-in-1 or 3-in-1 package.
Holly is an excellent trail horse and is not afraid of anything. Neck reins well at walk, trot, canter, side pass, rollback and pivots.
Check out videos of Holly in the three gaits.

Windrise Lady Vivien, 15.1 hh 2005 Black filly Her name is Windrise Lady Vivien (Motif Hill Marquisee x Shadlow's Quintana). Lippitt on top and Funquest on the bottom. Her full siblings are all 15.1. She is 14.3 as an almost true 3 yo. Vivien is *gorgeous*. Beautiful head, great topline, short canons, laid back shoulder. She also is a lovebug (as are all of Sherri Albrecht's horses, who bred Vivien). She is almost completely black (non-fading) with only a tiny star and a tiny snip. She was foaled May 4, 2005, and we love her to pieces. However, because *we* won't be breeding her for a couple of years, we are offering her to lease to the right person. She would make an excellent carriage driving mare or she would be great on trail. With certain stipulations, it would be a free lease in return for the training and/or handling you would put on her. You could breed her, show her, trail ride her. You decide. If you are interesting in this gorgeous girl to be in your life for a few years, let me know.
I will also breed her to Freddie (our grey stallion) for this coming year for a
nominal additional fee........

June 25 Rum Brook Immortal Prince x UDM Maxicali Rose ***Possible black, bay, brown, chestnut
July 18*** Comstock x Arapaho Holly ***definitely chestnut and gaited
***Because Holly was pasture-bred, she could be due as early as the middle of May. We had her palpated on February 20, and our vet said she was due within 2-3 months. That makes the foal due around May (since we know that she couldn't be any earlier than that because she wasn't bred on her foal heat. Although Holly was ultrasounded *not* in foal in June, there's always the possibility that the earlier vet missed the foal that young. Thus, we will just have to keep an eye on Holly to see when she decides to have this year's foal. <VBG> Regardless, it will be beautiful AND gaited!
These foals are available for your consideration at this time, and we reserve the right to change our minds at any time! <VBG>
Please call for details.

Positively's Pride - 1989 black stallion w/star, snip, front coronary band, rear socks. Pride is just awesome and has lots of presence. He rides and drives and is easily pastured with my mares, foals, geldings and younger stallion. Produces correct, wonderful minded foals. Doesn't look a day older than 10. New Heritage Laura Knight - 1990 bay lippitt mare w/small star. In foal to Venturous Colonel for mid-May foal date. Has been ridden but not in a long time. Catches and foals easily. Very easy to handle and loves her people. She is a wonderful mother and has actually helped us imprint her babies. BCMF Sugarfoot Surprise - 2005 bay lippitt colt w/star, snip, rear stockings. By Venturous Colonel out of New Heritage Laura Knight. Very striking colt w/sporthorse and stallion potential. He will get you noticed. Very easy going, has been saddled and bridled but not ridden. Won't take much with this guy! Currently 14.3, should mature to 15H easily. BCMF Kaleidoscope - 2006 bay 1/2 lippitt filly w/star and rear fetlock. By Positively's Pride out of New Heritage Laura Knight. Kali just wants to be loved on. Very elegant and athletic w/lots of go in her. She's always running around the pasture. She lets me know when something out of the ordinary is happening in the neighborhood. Great sporthorse potential, should mature to 14.3, maybe a little taller. Spade of Peacepoint - 2004 black gelding w/star, rear fetlocks. By Positively's Pride out of Winning Ways Princess Lea (by Paramounts Nominee). "Shaggy" has over 100 days of professional training using natural horsemanship principles along the lines of Clinton Anderson. I've been riding him on the trails and he takes everything in stride like a pro. Always wants to please his rider. Collects beautifully and is working off the leg. He truly is a treasure with a big personality. Currently 14.3H with lots of substance.
